Due to the perishable nature of our products (frozen), we are currently only able to ship to select states (islands) around Indonesia. We are actively working on expanding our shipping region to the entire contiguous of Indonesia and South East Asia. In the meantime, we recommend you to explore our 100% pure Extract powder and compound mix Indo Amazon products.
What should I do with the packaging and Insulation once receive my products?
Our orders ship in recyclable insulated boxes with dry ice to keep your products cold during delivery. To properly dispose of dry ice please leave it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature so the dry ice can sublimate away. Please keep out of reach of children or pets and do not touch the dry ice with your bare hands to avoid injuries like mild-to-severe frostbite. You can safely dispose of the box and packaging materials in your recycling bin.
If I order today when would I get my order?
All orders ship with 2-day ground shipping, please allow for up to 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping.
What’s happens if I’m not home to accept delivery?
We will deliver your order to your delivery address; Our packages are insulated and shipped with dry ice to keep your products in their optimal temperature ranges for up to 48h. We do highly encourage that you move your items from the shipping box to your freezer once they are delivered. If you are not home to great the delivery, we will try to contact your phone number and ask for a plan B or leave your order with your neighbour if they agree.
