AÇAÍ MOJITO COCKTAIL

10 Mint leaves
8 gr Indo Amazon Açai freeze dry
1⁄2oz Simple syrup
2 oz Ciroc Red Berry Vodka
1 oz Fresh lime juice dash soda water

Garnish: 1 Mint sprig or blueberries

Glass: Highball or rocks

HOW TO MAKE THE AÇAI MOJITO

In a shaker, muddle the mint, frozen acai and simple syrup. Add the vodka and lime juice, and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball or rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig or skewer of additional blueberries.
